Jeff received his law degree from Stetson University, College of Law, in 1992. His undergraduate degree is in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University. Jeff has been practicing law in Orlando since 1992. He has always been an aggressive trial lawyer who will not compromise his client's rights. When insurance companies play games with his clients, he aggressively fights for his clients' rights. Jeff has received the highest rating of "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell's Legal Ability Ratings system. An "AV" Rating shows that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence (Very High to Preeminent). Also, Jeff has been selected as an honored member of America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals, an organization limited to individuals who have demonstrated leadership and dedication in their profession.

Greg was born Dao Anh Dung in Saigon, Vietnam in 1971 during the height of the Vietnam war. In 1975, he immigrated to the United States and his adoptive parents changed his name. Greg earned his law degree from Florida State University in 1997. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993. Greg began his legal career as an attorney for the Florida Department of Insurance, Bureau of Legal Affairs where he regulated insurance companies, adjusters, and agents. His experience also includes defending insurance companies, corporations, and local government from the claims of injured people. Greg now only represents injured people and uses his former insurance defense experience for the benefit of his injured clients.

Lucia earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1990. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 1986. Lucia maintains an "of counsel" relationship with Jeffrey M. Byrd, P.A., as an attorney who uses her unique skills and experience on select personal injury matters. She has been practicing in Orlando since 1990. She is a prominent person in the Central Florida Hispanic and legal community, and she has worked tirelessly for many religious and charitable organizations, helping people in need.

Lucia is an experienced attorney who is fluent in Spanish, and is host and producer of the Spanish radio talk-show "FACETAS" providing live legal advise since 1991.
